Fee: £50 per hour.

Retained Time Guaranteed

I work with you as a team member but on a fractional basis, meaning I’m on an agreed monthly retainer for xnumber of hours of time each month for a minimum of 7 hours per month. This gives you all the benefit of my skillset without the cost of a full-time hire commitment.

How Time Is Structured

This is flexible. You might want a fixed day each week or to use your bank of hours with me taking responsibility for an agreed set of tasks and priorities each month.

Either way, I work as a member of your team. I get to know you all and your mission and your organisational voice.

Tracking Time & Transparency

All hours are tracked and submitted as a timesheet at the end of each month so you can see exactly how your time has been used.

Ad hoc Projects & Additional Hours

I never fill all my hours. This is deliberate to allow for flexibility supporting regular clients with additional tasks that inevitably arise. You might need extra hours for a particular project or to cover someone else’s absence for example.

Additional Costs

Only any expenditure I make preauthorised by you of course. Travel and postage for example are invoiced monthly.

How We Begin, Trial & Notice

We begin with a call to discuss what you need and how I can help.  That then moves into a three-month trial period for us to get to know one another and for me to get to know your organisation — reviewing your current communications, understanding your audiences and priorities, and agreeing a plan for what we’ll focus on together.  After that a month’s notice on either side is the courteous way to conduct business.
